Tortelloni Spinach & Ricotta

La Tua Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni are an all-time classic at its best! The delicious and creamy filling is made from scratch in our London kitchens by cooking whole spinach leaves with a bit of garlic, and then adding fresh Ricotta cheese and Italian grated cheese. Our pasta is made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high Free Range egg content (30%) for better, more consistent cooking. Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one. Try them with pesto for an authentic Italian dining experience! Suitable for freezing.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta (56%): Flour 00 Wheat, Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water;
  • Filling (44%): Spinach (40%), Ricotta (Milk) (40%), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Salt, Nutmeg, Garlic, Olive Oil;
  • Dusted with rice flour.
