Wheat Flour( fortified with calcium carbonate, iron thiamine, niacin)), Rye Flour,sourdough starter (wheat flour(fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin),water), salt, water

Storage

Store in Bread bin or paper bag. Do not refrigerate. 

Freeze on day of purchase; use within 1 week.
