RIB OF SUSSEX BEEF WITH HORSERADISH

Parsonage Farm in Salehurst has been farmed by the Hoad family since the 1880s.

It is a typical Wealden farm and is run on traditional lines with a mix of livestock and crops. They have a pedigree herd of Sussex Cattle which are home reared, grass-fed on the farm and sold in the onsite Butchers shop.
