La Tua Pappardelle are large, very broad Tagliatelle. It is made using only premium quality Durum Wheat and 00 Flours and it features a high egg content (30%).They have a light and silky texture and take only four minutes to cook. They maintain their shape and bite exceptionally well during cooking. This is a very versatile pasta as it goes well with all kinds of sauces but they are traditionally paired with meat sauces such as wild boar or hare. Suitable for freezing.
