Typically known as ‘Feta’, this cheese has its origins in the Mediterranean and we make the cheese in the traditional way with 100% organic sheep milk and then mature it in brine for over five months. It is a semi soft crumbly cheese with a distinct, sharp, fresh, salty flavour.

Typical values per 100g: Energy - 1116 Kj/250 Kcal; Fat - 28g, of which saturates - 18g; Carbohydrates - 1.1g, of which sugars - 0.1g; Protein - 24g; Salt - 3.2g.
