5 Day Fruit Smoothies

The Green Goddess: A creamy green goddess smoothie packed with fresh banana, apple, spinach, chia seeds and avocado! Over 9g fibre per serving. Vegan & gluten free. 
Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, plus more if necessary
  • 1 Braeburn apple, peeled and chopped*
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh organic spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  1. In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. Makes 2 smaller sized smoothies.
The Pineapple Kale: Refreshing pineapple kale smoothie made with five simple ingredients for a wonderful, easy breakfast or snack. Creamy coconut milk gives this vegan pineapple kale smoothie a delicious, tropical flavour you’ll love. Add your fav nutritional boosters, mix-ins or toppings!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups  kale, stems removed 
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 large  ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup light coconut milk from the can add more to thin if necessary
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ inch hunk fresh peeled ginger, optional
  1. In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. If necessary, add in more milk to thin the smoothie and blend again. Serves 1.
