Dry Aged Beef Topside Joint

Our dry aged beef topside joints are all cut from prime scotch cattle reared on small farms throughout Scotland. 

We dry aged all our beef on the bone for a minimum of 4 weeks before breaking down into prime cuts, this improves the flavour and texture of the beef drastically!

1kg: 3 - 4 people

2kg: 4 - 6 people

3kg: 6 - 8 people 

4kg: 8 - 10 people

5kg: 12 - 14 people

6kg: 16 - 18 people

PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY WANT TO INCREASE YOUR SIZE TO THE NEXT IF YOU ARE HOPING FOR LEFTOVERS! (who doesn't want left overs?)
