Each pot of sauce serves four people (and has a 10 week refrigerated shelf-life). Your meal only takes approx. 20 minutes to prepare following these simple instructions –

From Fridge to Feast in 15 minutes! 

• Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breast
• Prawns & Spinach with Coconut Milk
• Chickpeas & Spinach
• Sweet Potato & Butternut Squash
• Salmon• Monkfish• Lamb

  • Pour the sauce into a large pan and add up to 500g meat, fish or vegetables
  • Simmer gently until the meat, fish, vegetables are cooked through and tender
  • During cooking add small amounts of water up to 150 ml to prevent drying
  • Optional but before serving add some Greek-style or coconut yogurt or coconut milk to adjust heat or thicken the sauce to your taste
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or naans
